very unique

i think this was overall welldone. that said, the video footage really distracted from the rest of the film, and felt a bit out of place. perhaps if the footage was in black and white, or if some sort of cel filter was used on it. the rest of the animation was cool though. the music was fantastic, and gave it a real creepy feel. good job.

wow.

how the hell is this animation not in the 4.20 range!? every single aspect of this movie... the animation, the action, the sound, the story... EVERYTHING was top notch! oh well, don't get discouraged if this doesn't get past 4... because it damn well should!

on a side note, i think exploding heads and ripping out hearts classifies as a bit more than "mild violence", but that's just me! ;)

ANYways, that was an incredibly well written toon! great timing, awesome jokes, and good randomness, but not TOO random. definitely work on the animation for future episodes. things definitely need to be sped up a bit to look more real. great job on the voice syncing thuogh, and the voice acting too! really funny stuff. could be absolutely top notch with some animation improvements! (still better than i can do though lol)

Great start!

Good job on the animation, and especially on the voice acting and the characters. One thing I would suggest for the next episodes, is take out those black screens in between scenes. It really takes away from the flow of the episode, and feels rather out of place. It also kinda feels like a couple lines got cut off by the black frames. Anyways, other than that, I'm really looking forward to the next installment! :)

The black screens were to curb the massive audio sync problems we encountered while making the cartoon, most likely due to the high framerate and run time. Without them this episode would be unwatchable.

The second episode will not have these frames though, so don't worry.

it's not easy to do a fast-paced comedy like this, and you pulled it off with rocky and bullwinkle-like finesse! very funny stuff. :)

i can tell you spent a lot of time on this. the animation was smooth, and the effects were very well animated and deliberate. the syncing with the music was especially well done, which is rare for flash animations these days. great job.
