[The English Paper]

stupid AIM

I love whole "accidentally typing a whole paragraph of the paper into a new AIM window" gag. That is SO annoying, and one of the sole reasons I switched to MSN. ;) Great job on this!

i love how even after you clarified WHY the toon is short, like every other review makes a complaint or comment about. i also love how people say stuff like "work on the length", as if you're just going to magically make the cartoon longer after submitting it.

it was fairly funny but...

rather than just knowing there are no glitches, why don't you try to fix them!? i've seen plenty of long/large flashes that don't have audio syncing issues. also, the subtitles screwed up when they were looking at the stuff they bought, and suddenly started showing lines from earlier in the show. and i can't believe you wouldn't fix the freezing glitch in chapter 3 of the first episode! i think this has huge potential if you would try to commit to excellence before releasing this. (oh yeah, and buy a better mic to record with so it doesn't sound like all the characters are talking from a bedroom)

great potential, just requires more effort (and yes i'm sure this took a long time on its own!)

i love how you made that song into a conversation between the guy and the girl. very happy and colorful animation. no the smoothest, of course, but still very good. i enjoyed it. :)

not sure why people would say these "aren't cool" anymore. everyone has been very well done so far. it's neat to get insight into the lives of artists here, and this was no exception. great animation!

the pictures are alright...

but there was barely any animation in this. it was practically just pictures with zooming in and out. i suppose some of the transitions were nice, but to me it just felt like a bunch of re-drawn characters smashed together in a hasty "tribute" type toon set to over-dramatic music. would have been nice if each character was actually animated, and possibly interacted between the scenes. i dunno... good luck on the next one.
